Important to remember when sending bookmarks by Jean-Baptiste Monge

Delivery: Unless you just want this fabulous postcard, we strongly advise you to combine this item with other items, as this postcard does not weigh much and delivery will cost more than the card itself. If you're really just interested in the bookmark, we'll send it by tracked envelope !

Shipping policy: We ship from France to anywhere in the world, but due to postal restrictions some destinations may be temporarily suspended. 

Be sure to check your purchase information with your customs office to see if you will be charged import fees or not. We cannot know the rules of each country. It is not us who deducts the customs charges, but your country, according to very strict and precise rules.

We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We make the parcel as safe as possible, but once it's in the hands of the post office and delivery people, we have no control over how they handle the parcel. Ask for additional insurance if you want to be sure. We recommend that you take a tracking number for added security. We base shipping costs on the French postal service Laposte.fr (https://www.tarif-lettre.com/tarif-colissimo).

International parcels (outside the EU): We must fill in a personalised form for customs describing each item and the unit price of the items and the total value of the parcel. This is MANDATORY. We apologize in advance if this is for a gift as all items will be listed with the value! Unfortunately we cannot avoid this.
