Important to remember when sending the Jean-Baptiste Monge Christmas card

Packaging: if you just take a card or two, these are sent in a small cardboard kraft envelope. Otherwise, we just add them to the items of your carts.

Shipping policy: We ship from France to anywhere in the world, but due to postal restrictions some destinations may be temporarily suspended.

Be sure to check your purchase information with your customs office to see if you will be charged import fees or not. We cannot know the rules of each country. It is not us who deducts the customs fees, but your country, according to very strict and precise rules.

We are not responsible for loss or damage in transit. We make the parcel as safe as possible, but once it's in the hands of the post office and delivery people, we have no control over how they handle parcels and letters. Choose your shipping method carefully.

International parcels (outside the EU): We must fill in a personalized form for customs describing each item and the unit price of the items plus the total value of the parcel. This is MANDATORY. We apologize in advance if this is for a gift as all items will be listed with the value! Unfortunately we cannot avoid this.
