Shipping: the bags are folded and sent in a bubble or cardboard envelope depending on the items in your basket.

Shipping policy: We ship from France all over the world, but depending on postal restrictions, certain destinations may be temporarily suspended.

Be sure to check your purchase information with your customs to see if you will have any import fees or not. We cannot know the rules of each country. It is not us who collect customs fees but your country, following very strict and very precise rules.

We are not responsible for any losses, damaged during transportation. We make the package as safe as possible, but once it is in the hands of the post office and delivery people, we cannot control how they handle the packages. Ask for additional insurance if you want to be sure. We recommend that you take out a tracking number for added security. International packages (non-EU): We must complete a personalized form for customs describing each item and the unit price of the items and the total value of the package. It is mandatory. We therefore apologize in advance if this is for a gift as all items will be listed with the value! Unfortunately, we cannot avoid it.
